Peak Vista’s new Colorado Springs Senior Health Center, which opened in April 2010, provides exactly that: a comfortable and peaceful setting for patients 60 years and older. All seniors deserve high-quality care with attention to their personal healthcare needs. Catering to seniors who have Medicare, Tricare for Life, Tricare Standard or who are uninsured, the Center welcomes new patients!

The Colorado Springs Senior Health Center replaces the Senior Health Center located at 2858 International Circle and has more than 7,000 square feet dedicated to patients, including 12 patient exam rooms. The new Center is conveniently located at 722 S. Wasatch Ave. and provides medical and behavioral health care. Compassionate staff and providers take pride in delivering the one-on-one attention needed to support senior health issues and help manage chronic diseases.
